We wish to recruit Course Consultants with the following requirements:

Able to handle inquiries regarding various courses

Excellent command over English and Hindi.

Responsible for the sale of various courses

Highly motivated to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer care

Meet and exceed admission targets

Good communication & interpersonal skills with strong motivation for personal and team goals

OBJECTIVE OF JOB:

The main duty of a Course Consultant is to secure excellent sales results whilst ensuring a high-quality customer experience in handling enquiries about our courses.

ABOUT ROOTS ABACUS LEARNING SCHOOL:

We are a premier Delhi based company providing online Abacus and Vedic Math learning programs having trainers and students worldwide.

JOB TITLE:

Course Consultant - Sales

LOCATION:

India

RESPONSIBILITIES:

After completing the training program, resolving the sales queries, and converting them into sales.

Making outbound follow up sales calls

Maintaining company standard conversion percentage range

Maintaining quality assurance grade within the company standard range

Staying up-to-date with all product enhancement and protocol changes

Satisfying the minimum company requirements for talk time hours each month

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Fluency to speak in English

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred (not mandatory)

Six months plus of SALES experience

Email & Chat experience preferred

ABILITIES:

Ability to work from home after training

The ability to recognize and respond to customer needs and demonstrate a sincere commitment to resolving those needs

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to build rapport with a customer quickly, ask probing questions, and meet the customer’s needs

Basic computer knowledge

Highly-motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Problem analysis, problem-solving and adaptability

Excellent listening, communication, and computer skills required

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

In order to be eligible to work from home, you will need to have

** A quiet workspace without interruption,

** Internet connection with good speed,

** Smartphone (Android only) with an exclusive phone number to be used for the job purpose.

TIME TYPE:

Full time

COMPENSATION:

Salary 15k-25k plus incentives

SCHEDULE OPTIONS:

This is a full-time position. After Training, you will be scheduled to work at 10:00am – 6:30pm, Monday – Saturday.
